WIG SERVICES (You Provide the Hair Service, Wig Polish & Wig Rejuvenation)
- Our processing time is 7-10 business days once we receive your package. Once order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and receive your package within 1-5 business days via Australia Post.
- For custom colour please add an additional 5 days to processing time.
READY TO SHIP WIGS
- Ready To Ship wigs will ship within 1-3 business day. Once order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and receive your package within 1-5 business days via Australia Post.
CUSTOM WIGS
- Please allow 25 business days for processing of Custom Wigs. Once order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and receive your package within 1-5 business days via Australia Post.
PLEASE NOTE
- Please keep in mind that all packages will require a signature upon delivery to ensure that you have received your package. Failure to sign for the delivery will result in the package being sent to your local Australia postal office for collection
- Orders for delivery within Australia are $15.10 (Standard), $18.60 (Express) & will be sent by Australia Express post. International shipping cost varied, depends on your country.
- Please be advised that once packages are received by Australia Post, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to Australia Post (137678).
