Refund policy

  • Please note currently Zuzu Hair Collection DOES NOT offer refunds, exchanges, or returns due to sanitary/ health concerns and regulations.
  • At this time cancellation in orders is NOT accepted. Once payment is made and order is placed there will be no changes.
  • If you happen to receive an incorrect item, please email us at info@zuzuhaircollection.com with photos of the unworn item or unused product within 48hrs of receipt. After we confirm the order is in its original condition, we will send you the next steps on how to return your items and begin the exchange process
  • Any package mailed back to our office without prior approval will not be issued a refund and the package will not be returned to the sender. 
  • If you enter the incorrect mailing address, and the item is returned to our office, you will need to pay an additional shipping cost to have your package resent to correct mailing address.
  • When shipping back your items please include your order number and details of the exchange. 
  • Please keep in mind that all packages will require a signature upon receipt, so we can ensure that you have received your package.
